车辆是轨道交通运营的核心系统,运营公司的所有业务均围绕着"车动"展开。本文以沈阳地铁六年来安全运营的实践,从车辆的日常运用和规范检修为体例,论述安全管理体系的构建,为行业的健康有序发展提供一点参考。

The vehicle is the core system of rail transit operation. All the business of the operating company revolve around the ＂vehicle operation＂. This paper takes the practice of safe operation of Shenyang MTR for six years, and discusses the construction of safety management system from the daily use and standardized maintenance of vehicles. It provides a reference for the healthy and orderly development of the industry.
