摘要 为探究商圈理论在写字楼定位中的应用,文章结合路劲地产(济南)开发的东城项目,阐述了商圈理论的运用,以本项目为核心进行了商圈划分,初步得出项目整体定位方案,构建项目定位决策模型,运用模糊数学评价法和专家打分法对方案进行筛选,选择最佳方案,为最终定位提供理论依据。 In order to explore the application of trade area theory in office building location, this paper elaborates the application of trade area theory in combination with the East City project developed by Road King Real Estate(Jinan), and takes the project as the core to divide the trade area, and obtains the overall location scheme. The project location decision model is constructed, and the fuzzy mathematics evaluation method and the expert scoring method are used to screen the scheme, and the best scheme is selected to provide the theoretical basis for the final location.
