长江港口物流增值业务现状与对策研究

目前,长江沿线基本已经形成了以主要港口为主干、区域性重要港口为撑持、其他港口为补充的一批以大中小港口相连络的港口物流构造体系,此中,长江港口也在慢慢完善运输体系,提高机器化、规模化水平。[1]港口功能也开始从传统的装卸、转运业务上向包装、加工、仓储、配送、信息服务等增值物流服务功能拓展。长江各大口岸作为综合运输网络上的节点,在发展现代物流服务中的地位变得越来越重要,因此研究长江港口增值物流服务的相关问题极度必要。随着社会经济的发展和市场竞争越来越激烈,一对一的特色专业化服务——增值性物流服务将成为物流服务发展的新趋势。发展港口增值服务不仅是社会经济发展的必须要求,也是港口物流企业提升自身市场竞争力、扩大市场份额的有力武器。本文首先介绍了增值服务的内涵和发展增值服务给长江港口企业带来的经济效益,然后对长江口岸发展增值业务的局限性进行了分析并且提出了提高长江港口物流增值服务能力的对策。

At present, along the Yangtze River basically has formed a major port for regional trunk, an important port for the support and other ports for added a number of large and medium-sized port to contact the port logistics tectonic system, the Yangtze River port, also gradually improve transportation system, improve the machine scale level.[1]Port function has begun to expand from the traditional loading and unloading, transshipment business to packaging, processing, warehousing, distribution, information services and other value-added logistics services. As the nodes of the integrated transportation network, the Yangtze River ports are becoming more and more important in the development of modern logistics services. With the development of social economy and the increasingly fierce competition in the market,the one-to-one specialized service-value added logistics services will become the new trend of the development of logistics services.The development of port value-added services is not only a necessary requirement for the development of social economy, but also a powerful weapon for port logistics enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness and expand market share. This paper first introduces the connotation and development of value-added services and value-added services to bring economic benefits to the enterprises in the Yangtze River and the Yangtze River port, port development of value-added business limitations are analyzed and put forward some countermeasures to improve the Yangtze River port logistics value-added service ability.
