摘要
随着进口高速卷接机PROTOS M5和高速包装机GD X6(S)的引进,两者中间连接系统——烟支输送系统RTS也大量应用在国内各大烟厂。而RTS系统在生产过程中出现了许多问题,降低了烟支的传输效率,本文提出了一种对高速线RTS烟支传输流量算法实施改进措施,提高了烟支的传输效率。
With the introduction of the cigarette making machine PROTOS M5 and the packing machine GD X6（S）, intermediate connecting machine-RTS is applied in major tobacco industrial companies, but some problems happen in producing procedure of the rod transfer system, reduce the efficiency. This paper offers a new measure for efficiency improvement.
