密封性能是产品的一项基本性能,是产品正常运行的基础。面对越来越复杂的运行环境和不断提高的客户要求,产品密封性能的重要性越来越突出。作为密封系统中的关键件-密封条,其回弹性能是影响整个产品密封效果的关键因素,在新产品导入或运行环境变更时,快速确定密封条的回弹性是否满足要求可以为产品设计提供有效的依据。本文提出一种快速检验橡胶密封条回弹性能的试验方法,可对各类密封条成品的回弹性能进行快速检测。

Sealing is a basic performance for product on which normal operation is based. The importance of product sealing performance is becoming more and more prominent as the complexity of operation environment and the ever improving requirements from customers. As a key component in sealing system, the rebounding performance of sealing tape plays a core part in the entire product sealing effect and the quick determining to meet the requirements of rebounding performance can provide effective basis for design when new product introduced and environment changed. This paper presents a rapid way of testing the compression rebounding performance of rubber sealing tape, that can apply to different kinds of sealing tape.
