网约车的安全隐患及其服务不规范等问题制约着网约车的进一步发展,为了规范和促进网约车的发展,论文提出了基于NFC的网约车诚信系统,该系统可以通过NFC技术实现乘客对网约车的识别和信息查询;通过手机端的网约车诚信评价、投诉系统实现对网约车司机的评价和投诉;通过网约车监控管理中心实现对网约车驾驶员从业资格许可流程和车辆准入审批流程的审查以及网约车司机犯罪、交通违规情况的管理,该系统的建立不但有利于乘客权益的保障,也有利于网约车的进一步发展。

The problems such as the security risks and the non-standard service have restricted the further development of the network contract cars, in order to standardize and promote the development of network contract vehicles, the paper puts forward the network contract cars integrity system based on NFC. The system can realize the identification and information query by the use of NFC technology（NFC）technology. Through the network contract cars＇ integrity evaluation system and the complaint system on the mobile phones, the system can achieve the network contract cars drivers＇ evaluation and complaints. Through the network contract cars＇ monitoring and management center to achieve the review of the qualification licensing process of the network contract drivers and the vehicle access approval process. The monitoring and management center can also achieve the management to the crime and traffic violations of the network contract cars＇ drivers.The establishment of the system is not only conducive to the protection of the rights and interests of passengers, but also conducive to the further development of the network contract cars.
