高纯氧化铝是一种应用十分广泛的尖端新型功能材料。综述了主要的高纯氧化铝粉体制备工艺及相关研究,重点分析总结了各种方法的作用机理、关键技术及其优势与不足。产品纯度低是目前的工艺及研究普遍存在的问题,大量的研究未转化为生产。未来需着力于对现有工艺进行改进和开发超高纯氧化铝制备技术。

As a new functional material, high purity α-Al2O3 powder has been focused more and more. The main preparation methods and recent development of high purity alumina are reviewed. There are many problems in the preparation process of high purity aluminum,such as environmental pollution, high production cost and low purity. So the future research should focus on the improvement of existing technology and the development of ultra-high purity alumina preparation technology.
