摘要 目前,砂石生产行业发展存在集中度低、质量良莠不齐和系统管理意识差等问题,影响和制约着行业进一步发展。为此,对砂石料生产系统优化进行研究显得尤为重要。本文通过分析砂石料生产系统工艺特点,对砂石生产系统的节拍和工序同期化进行定义,研究了工序同期化水平评价的步骤,以每个设备繁忙状态、完成的任务数和闲置时间为评价参数,评价砂石生产流水线处于平衡状态。根据工序同期化水平,可判断砂石生产流水线是否达到了最大生产效能。案例分析表明,该测算模型能客观测算砂石生产系统的工序同期化水平,研究成果能为砂石生产线管理与设计提供决策支持。 At present, the development of sand production industry has a series of problems such as low concentration, the uneven quality management system and bad system management consciousness, etc., which influence and restrict the further development of the industry. Therefore, to research the optimization of the sand production system is particularly important. In this paper, through the analysis of the features of the process of sand production system, it defined the rhythm and process synchronization of sand production system, studied the evaluation procedure of synchronization level, and taking the steps to each device's busy state, the task number and the idle time as the evaluation parameters, evaluated a balance state of the sand production line. According to the procedure synchronization level, it can determine whether the sand production line has reached the maximum production efficiency. The case analysis shows that this calculation model can objectively measure the process synchronization level of the sand production system, and the research results can provide decision support for sand production line management and design.
