摘要 现阶段,国内建筑耗能占了社会终端耗能的二十七个百分点。此数据并没有涵盖建材生产与建筑工程环节的耗能。规避此问题的有效方式即遵循绿色建筑理念。绿色建筑是在建筑的整个周期中,最大化的节约资源、保护环境并将污染降至最低,为民众构建一个舒适、健康、高效的生活环境及自然相制衡的建筑。绿色建筑的设计理念要依附于节约能源、节约资源以及保护环境。而将其细化那么绿色建筑即为在建筑施工及设计的择取中顾及到资源的有效使用性。尽可能降低资源的使用,尽可能使资源可再生利用。同时要深化绿色建筑和附近外部环境的制衡性,确保其和谐、资源互补。文章将以住宅及景观设计绿色建筑节能技术的应用作为切入点,在此基础上予以深入的探究。 At present, the domestic building energy consumption accounts for 27% of the total energy consumption of the community.This data does not cover the energy consumption of building material production and construction project. An effective way to circumvent this problem is to follow the green building concept. Green building means to maximize the conservation of resources, protect the environment and reduce the pollution to a minimum so as to build a comfortable, healthy and efficient living environment for the people in the whole cycle of construction. Green building design concept should be attached to the conservation of energy, saving resources and protecting the environment. The green building means to take into account the effective use of resources in the construction and design and as much as possible to make the resources be recycled, at the same time to deepen the balance between the green building and the external environment and ensure the harmony and complementary resources. The article takes the application of green building energy-saving technology in residential and landscape design as a starting point and on the basis makes in-depth study.
