摘要
旋挖钻进具有自动化程度高、成桩质量好、环境污染小、适应地层较广泛等优点。面对复杂易塌方的地质条件,采用大型旋挖机,利用其大扭矩动力头可配套管连结器的特点,采用钢护筒钻进与旋挖钻进交替钻进成孔方式,克服塌方地层,顺利完成桩体施工。
Rotary drilling has the advantages of high degree of automation, good quality of pile, small environmental pollution and wide adaptability. In the face of complex geologic conditions, the large-scale rotary drilling machine is used, and its characteristic of large torque power head coupled with pipe joints is used, the holing way of alternating drilling of steel tube drilling and rotary drilling is applied, so the landslides is overcome and the pile construction is successfully completed.
