转型发展视阈下地方高校大学生自我管理现状及其对策——以SL学院大学生为研究对象

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of Self-management of Local University Students from the Perspective of Transitional Development:Taking SL University Students as Research Object

大学生自我管理能力是衡量大学生综合素质的重要指标。文章通过查找相关文献,以自我管理的三大心理成分——自我认识、自我体验和自我控制为基本依据,根据转型发展背景下SL学院的实际情况,设计了包含调查学生时间管理、金钱管理、知识管理、目标管理和未来管理五个方面的问卷试题,实地调查SL学院大学生自我管理的现状。基于此,提出提升地方高校大学生自我管理的对策。

Self-management ability of college students is an important index to measure the comprehensive quality of college students. According to three self-management psychological elements （self-management self-cognition, self-experience and self-control） and the actual situation in transformation development of ShangLuo University, we designed a questionnaire on college students＆#39;self-management which included time management, money management, knowledge management, goal management and future management with the goal to investigate Shangluo University students＆#39;self-management. Based on the conclusion, we put forward the countermeasures for improving the self-management ability of college students.
