近年来,我国建筑业迅猛发展,在进步的同时也存在很多安全隐患,如施工安全事故频发。这就不得不引起大家对建筑业施工过程的思考,怎么才能在发展的同时减少能耗污染,降低施工所带来的伤害。装配式建筑作为建筑业的一名新星,承载了大家对建筑业所有的期许,与此同时装配式建筑也暴露出许多缺点。文章从装配式建筑的施工过程来分析装配式建筑在施工管理过程中的优缺点,并对所存在的安全风险提出合理的控制措施。

This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the prefabricated construction in the construction management process from its construction process and puts forward reasonable control measures for the existing safety risks.
