BIM在工程建设领域得到不断地推广和应用,并为项目带来收益。但是,BIM项目各参与方为追求自身利益最大化,不断产生利益冲突,从而造成项目整体利益损失。因此,综合考虑项目各参与方的BIM认知水平,项目合作有效性及BIM应用风险分担三方影响,建立基于Shapley修正利益分配模型,实现各参与单位利益的公平合理分配,不仅解决了BIM环境下各方的利益矛盾问题,而且强化了各方的协同合作关系,有利于BIM技术在我国快速稳定的发展。

BIM has been popularized and applied in the field of engineering construction, and has brought benefits to the project. However, the BIM project participants continue to produce conflicts of interest to maximize their own interests, resulting in the loss of the overall interests of the project. Therefore, considering the influence of BIM awareness level of the project participants, the project cooperation validity and the BIM application risk sharing, the profit distribution model based on Shapley amendment is established to achieve the fair and reasonable distribution of the interests of participating units, which not only solves the interest contradictions of the parties in BIM environment, but also strengthens the cooperation of all parties, and is conducive to the rapid and stable development of BIM technology in China.
