油井资产全生命周期管理评价指标体系构建

Construction of Evaluation Index System of Oil Well Asset Life-cycle Management

油田企业属于资金密集型行业,其资产特点为存量大、类型多、分布广等,油田资产最重要的组成部分是油井资产,对于油田企业而言,必须科学合理的管理油井资产。现阶段关于油井资产的评价还少之又少,同时也没有建立完善的评价体系。基于此,本文以全生命周期管理理论为依据,建立评价指标体系,为更加科学合理的评价油井资产管理奠定基础,从而推动我国石油企业油井资产管理水平的提高。

Oilfield enterprises, as capital-intensive industries, have many characteristics, such as wide distribution, large quantity and large stock, and oil well assets are the most important assets of oilfields. How to manage them scientifically and rationally is very important to oilfield enterprises. And there is no evaluation of oil well assets, and also no a suitable and effective evaluation system. Based on the theory of life-cycle management, this paper establishes the evaluation index system, laying a foundation for scientific and reasonable evaluation of the effect of oil well asset management, and actively promoting the management level of oil well assets in China＆#39;s oil enterprises.
