摘要
本文在文献分析基础上,总结影响商品房风险态度的初始清单,包括教育背景等15个因素。通过对26位专业人士访谈修定初始清单后包括16个影响因素。在较大范围内对商品房消费者进行问卷调查,通过对收回的363份调查问卷结果进行序列分析,得出影响商品房消费者风险态度的关键因素11个,并通过因子分析将影响因素分为知识与经验、个人感知和经济环境的判断三类。
Based on the literature analysis, this paper summarizes the initial list of risk attitudes of commercial house, including 15 factors such as educational background and so on. The initial list includes 16 influencing factors after it is revised by 26 professionals. A total of 11 key factors influencing the risk attitude of consumers to commercial house were analyzed by sequence analysis of the results of 363 questionnaires, and the influencing factors were divided into three categories: knowledge and experience, personal perception and economic environment through factor analysis.
