工程造价管理及造价风险的研究

作为施工方,在工程建设中不可避免的面临着各种风险,所以施工过程是一个庞大而复杂的工程,工程造价风险管理在现代工程建设中是相当重要的。在工程建设中,要建立起一整套的工程风险防范系统以防范和消除风险,达到提高固定资产投资效率,从整体上改善社会经济效益。本文主要针对目前国内的工程造价风险管理研究的现状及意义进行了分析,同时也针对工程造价的风险管理研究提出了几点对策。

The project cost risk management is very important in the modern engineering construction. In the construction of the project, it is necessary to establish a set of engineering risk prevention system to prevent and eliminate the risk, improve the efficiency of investment in fixed assets and improve social and economic benefits from the overall. This paper mainly analyzes the present situation and significance of the current project cost management research, and also puts forward some countermeasures for the risk management of project cost.
