"十三五"期间推进建筑产业现代化,推广智能和装配式建筑是落实国家大数据战略、"互联网+"行动等相关要求,是塑造建筑业新常态。在此背景下,作为工程建设主体之一的监理也不能置身度外,为了适应建筑产业现代化监理工作的需要,监理从业人员需要对新知识、新技能进行重构,参加继续教育、现场观摩、专项培训都是提高从业人员适应建筑信息化需要的途径。

The promotion of the modernization of the construction industry and promotion of intelligent and assembled buildings during the＆quot;13th Five-Year Plan＆quot;period is the requirement to implement the national large data strategy and＆quot;Internet＋＆quot;action, is to create a new normal in construction industry. In this background, engineering supervision can not stay out. In order to meet the needs of the modern supervision work of the construction industry, the supervisors need to reconstruct the new knowledge and new skills. To participate in continuing education, field observation and special training are the ways to help the practitioners to adapt to building informatization.
