Discussion on Improving the Quality of Waterway Maintenance and Management Level

在分析长江中游航道维护的意义后,结合长江中游武汉河段航道概况以及维护管理特点,针对提高航道维护水平这一目的,提出了注重航道基础设施建设与维护、从人员及设备两方面增强航道维护与管理力量、利用数字航道优化航道维护及建设生态航道等四点建议,以期提高长江中游航道的水运效率,创造更大收益,同时实现社会经济与生态保护的双赢。

After analyzing the significance of channel maintenance in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, this paper puts forward four suggestions：pay attention to the construction and maintenance of waterway infrastructure, enhance the maintenance and management of waterway from staff and equipment, and optimize waterway maintenance and construction of ecological waterway with digital waterway which is based on the general situation of the channel and the maintenance and management characteristics of the Wuhan section of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, so as to improve the waterway maintenance level, improve the middle reaches of the Yangtze River water transport efficiency, and create greater benefits, while achieving a win-win situation of social economy and ecological protection.
