摘要 大数据理论的产生对供应链管理产生了深刻的影响,为降低总供应链成本、提高企业利润提供了一种有效的手段。文章阐述了传统供应链的运作职能,并对大数据供应链的运作职能与环节进行详细的分析,通过对两种供应链的对比研究,从大数据预测、大数据物流等角度提出了构建大数据供应链的相关建议,对于大数据在供应链管理中的应用研究具有现实意义。 The generation of big data theory has had a profound impact on the supply chain management, and provided an effective means to reduce the total supply chain cost and improve the enterprise profit. This paper expounds the operation function of the traditional supply chain, and analyzes the operation function and the link of the big data supply chain. Through the comparative analysis of the two supply chains, the paper puts forward the construction of big supply chain from the perspective of big data forecast and the big data logistics, which has the practical significance of the application of big data in supply chain management research.
