摘要
枣矿集团田陈煤矿七一采区是目前主采采区,开采3下煤层,煤层较厚,平均厚度7.5m,采用综采放顶煤工艺开采,3下7116工作面距离副井长达9200m,运输战线长,环节复杂,并且受副井罐笼尺寸的影响液压支架需要解体为三部分升井和入井,工序繁琐,带来诸多安全隐患,投入人力、物力较大。整体液压支架转面可以实现两个工作面同时施工,缩短安撤工期,减轻撤除工作面防冲击地压、防灭火和有害气体压力,备用可以工作面超前组织安装具备生产条件,缓解工作面生产接续压力。
Zaozhuang Mining Group Co., Ltd. Tianchen Coal Mine 71 mining area is the main mining area. The 3b seam is to be mined. The coal seam is thick with average thickness of 7.5m. The overall hydraulic support turning technology can realize two working face construction at the same time, to shorten the withdrawal period, reduce the removal of the work surface to prevent the impact of pressure, fire and harmful gas pressure, and ease the production succession pressure.
