摘要
本文利用旋淬法制备了宽度约为1mm的条状Fe_(36)Co_(36)Si_4B_(20)Nb_4非晶合金试样,给出了旋淬法制备软磁性能优异的非晶态合金工艺,得出在其他工艺参数一定情况下,冷却速率较快的非晶合金条带的软磁性能更优异。
In this paper, a strip-shaped Fe36Co36Si4B20Nb4 amorphous alloy specimen with width of about 1mm is prepared by spin-quenching method. The technology of preparing amorphous alloy with excellent soft magnetic properties by spin-quenching method is given. And other process parameters obtained under certain circumstances, the soft magnetic properties of the amorphous alloy strip with a faster cooling rate are more excellent.
