摘要
本文结合差异化教育理论,针对95后大学生的特点,调查、研究他们在人格、心理、生活、兴趣等方面的特点及差异化表现,全面研究学生的个性特点,强调差异化能力引导与培养的有机结合,形成相应的人文规范,为学生提供独立人格、自由思想、综合能力的发展平台。实现95后大学生个性社会化与个体个性化的统一以及个人素质的全面发展。
Based on differentiated teaching theory, and in view of the characteristics of post-95 university students, this paper investigates and studies their characteristics and differentiated performance in personality, psychology, life and interest, comprehensively studies the personality characteristics of students, emphasizes the organic combination of differential ability guidance and cultivation, to form corresponding human norms, so as to provide development platform for students' independent personality, free thinking and comprehensive ability. The purpose is to realize the integration of personality socialization and individual individuality and the overall development of individual qualities of post-95 college students.
