随着我国智慧旅游的飞速发展,为配合全面推进导游体制改革,2017年4月,国家旅游局正式对全国开展电子导游证换发工作,这既有利于游客和监管部门在电子平台上及时查阅导游的信息,又方便游客对导游的评价、点赞及选择优秀导游为其提供高品质的服务,从而引领旅游行业踏上新的发展征程。

With the rapid development of the wisdom tourism in China, and to promote the reform of the tour guide system in an all-round way, in April 2017, the National Tourism Administration formally carried out electronic tour guide license renewal work throughout the country, which is conducive to timely accessing to guide information for tourists and supervision departments on the electronic platform, and convenient for tourists to make an evaluation and praise to guide, as well as selecting excellent tour guides to provide quality service, so as to lead the tourism industry to a new course of development.
