本文针对目前供电优质服务开展的如火如荼的局面下,而基层供电服务人员却屡遭"投诉",导致投诉率居高不下,对此问题进行了探讨:究竟是客户变得更为"刁蛮了";还是我们的服务环节中存在问题;那么问题究竟在哪里?我们应该如何解决呢?
Aiming at the high power quality services carried out like a raging fire, the grass roots power supply service personnel have been repeatedly "complained", leading to high rate of complaints. This issue was discussed: whether the customers become more "unruly",or there is still a problem in our service process; then where is the problem? and how should we solve it?
