摘要
为提高自主DIY创新设计和工程机械的通用性、互换性和设计灵活性,提出了基于模块化的零部件通用性设计方法,即在用户需求与机械功能分解基础上,依据模块化理论,基于信息流的方法进行了系统模块的初步划分,进而通过计算各模块以及未划分功能元之间的相关度形成最终模块划分方案。将功能模块映射为结构模块,对其现有产品零部件结构作了比较分析,对于通用可行性较高的结构模块进行了通用化方案设计。应用该方法通过实验搭建机械手臂的典型案例及其零部件的通用性设计,证明了其可行性和有效性,为工程机械产品零部件结构的模块化和通用化提供借鉴。
In order to improve the versatility, interchangeability and design flexibility of independent DIY innovation design and engineering machinery, a modular design method based on modular parts is proposed. Based on user requirements and mechanical function decomposition and modularization theory, the initial division of the system module is carried out by the information flow method, and then the final module division program is formed by calculating the relationship between the module and unallocated functional elements. The functional modules are mapped into structural modules, their components are compared and analyzed, and the generalized scheme is designed for the structural modules with high feasibility. This paper demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness through the typical cases and the common design of the parts by means of the experiment. It can be used as reference for the modularization and generalization of parts and components of engineering machinery products.
