摘要 目前,屋面防水施工,多采用刚性防水和柔性防水相结合、多层设防的办法,旨在使屋面防水层形成一个连续、密封的整体,从而起到防水的效果。如何做好防水工作是我国当前建筑屋面工程中重要的课题。屋面防水不仅要从设计、材料、施工入手,层层设"防",还要层层设"排",增装二次排水口,进行有组织的二次排水。这样不仅进一步增强屋面的防渗性能,排净了柔性防水层下的积水,还可以提高保温层的保温性能。 At present, in the roof waterproof construction, it often uses the approach of combining rigid waterproof and flexible waterproof and multi-layer fortification, designed to make the roof waterproof layer to form a continuous and sealed integrity and play a waterproof effect. How to do waterproof work is an important topic in building roofing project of China. Roof waterproofing not only starts from the design, materials and construction, but also needs to lay out drainage in each layer and add secondary drainage for the organized secondary drainage. Which not only further enhance the anti-seepage performance of roof, drain the water accumulation in flexible waterproof layer, but also can improve the insulation properties of insulation layer.
