教学督导视阈下好课与差课之别——基于258份督导随堂听课评价表

On the Differences between Good Class and Bad Class from the Perspective of Teaching Supervision:Based on 258 Supervisor's Attendance Evaluation Forms

摘要 江苏某高职院通过聘请他校专家方式引进第三方评价,开展教师职业能力全面评价,专职教学督导以2人一组方式开展随堂听课,其评价结果得到教师的广泛认同。通过对258份随堂听课评价统计分析,比较好课与差课的区别所在,揭示一堂好课评价的四个维度,即内容、目标、方法、效果。 A higher vocational college in Jiangsu has introduced a third party evaluation by hiring experts from other colleges to carry out comprehensive evaluation of teachers’ professional competence. The full-time teaching supervision has been carried out by a group of two experts attending classes. The evaluation results have been widely recognized by teachers. Through statistic analysis of the 258 attendance evaluation forms, the differences between the good class and bad class are revealed, and the four dimensions of good class evaluation are revealed, namely, content, goal, method and effect.
