摘要
在水平井钻井过程中,钻井液密度窗口窄,动态的当量循环密度限制了裸眼水平段长度,需要下入几根尾管或套管才能到达目标深度;另外,长水平段钻进也受到钻柱扭矩和摩阻的限制。鉴于此,Reelwell公司研发了双钻杆水平钻井技术,并将该技术在加拿大亚伯达省陆上的1口浅层水平井进行了现场试验,试验结果表明:该技术在井眼净化、当量循环密度控制和降扭减阻方面具有很大的优势。最后分析了我国双钻杆水平钻井技术研究应用的可行性和适用性。研究内容可在一定程度上推动我国双钻杆水平钻井技术的发展。
In the horizontal drilling, the narrow drilling fluid density window and the dynamic equivalent circulation density limit the extension of horizontal openhole section, and several liner joints or casing joints are often required to reach the target depth. In addition, the long horizontal section drilling is also limited by the drill string torque and drag. In view of this, Reelwell Company has developed a dual channel drill pipe technology for horizon-tal drilling, and has been applied in a shallow horizontal well in the Canadian Alberta. The field test results showed the technology advantages in the wellbore cleanout, equivalent circulation density control and torque and drag re-duction. This dual channel drill pipe horizontal drilling system and its field tests have been introduced. The feasibil-ity and applicability of the dual channel drill pipe horizontal drilling technology in China has been analyzed, so as to promote the development of the technology in our country.
