摘要
现有文献未从理论分析和仿真的角度研究水下软管在波浪流作用下的静动态响应问题。鉴于此,以悬链式单点系泊系统水下软管为研究对象,分析了水下软管所受的环境载荷特性,建立了考虑内部流体和管外海洋环境载荷共同作用的水下软管受力分析模型,应用有限元仿真软件模拟了水下软管在不同水流大小、方向情况下的变形情况,以及上部浮筒运动对水下软管的动态响应,给出了水下软管位移曲线和轴向拉力曲线,指出顶部铰接的水下软管在海流及海浪作用下容易发生破坏的危险点,即顶部连接点、触地点以及距离管道原点60m附近。研究结果对今后设计和正确使用悬链式单点系泊系统的水下软管具有重要的工程参考价值。
Taking the submarine hose of catenary single-point mooring system as study object, the environ-mental load characteristics of submarine hose have been analyzed. The force analysis model of submarine hose has been established considering the interaction of internal fluid flow and external marine environmental loads. The fi-nite element simulation software has been used to simulate the deformation of the submarine hose under different wa-ter flow rate and direction, and the dynamic response of the upper float barrel motion to the submarine hose. The submarine hose displacement curve and the axial tension curve has been attained. The easy-damage points of the top articulated submarine hose, i. e. the top connection point, the touch point, and the point about 60 m away from the pipe origin, have been pointed out. The study results have important engineering reference value for the design and proper use of submarine hose of catenary single point mooring system.
