摘要 针对目前水平井吞吐分段注水尚处于初级摸索阶段,且存在后期测试调配成本高以及无法实时监测地层数据等问题,设计研发了水平井吞吐智能配水器。同时对配水器关键部件进行理论强度校核,并开展室内密封性、耐温耐压性、流量计及压力传感器等性能评价,试验结果均满足生产设计需求。2016年开展现场试验3口井,实现分层流量井下自动测调、后期无需测调、生产数据(流量、温度、压力)实时存储和兼顾地层压降测试功能,最大程度满足了水平井吞吐分注及测试要求。该产品的成功研制对于水平井吞吐分注技术的推广应用具有一定的促进作用。 Considering that the separate section water injection for horizontal well stimulation is still in the preliminary exploration stage, and there are some problems such as high cost of measurement and adjustment in the later period and incapable of monitoring the formation data in real time, the intelligent water distributor for horizon-tal well stimulation has been designed and developed. Theoretical stress check of the key components of the water distributor has been conducted. The indoor performance assessment for the sealing, temperature and pressure resist -ance ,flowmeter and pressure sensor have been carried out. The test results all meet the production design require-ments. Field applications in 3 wells in 2016 have realized downhole flow automatic measurement and adjustment without the need of later measurement and adjustment, real-time storage of production data ( flow rate, tempera-ture, pressure) , and conducted the formation pressure drop test in the meantime, which fully meets the require-ments of separate layer water injection and testing for horizontal well stimulation.
