摘要
机械外协加工是机械行业重要的生产方式和工作环节,如何正确确定工时和工作量已成为核心性问题,事关企业的切身利益。分析工时定额法在机械外协加工的功能和作用,阐述机械外协加工中制定工时定额的基本原则,根据机械外协加工的实践情况提出应用工时定额方法的建议。
Mechanical external processing is an important mode of production and work link in machinery industry. How to correctly determine the working hours and workload has become the core issue,which is related to the vital interests of enterprises. This paper analyzes the function of man-hour quota in mechanical processing,expounds the basic principles of man-hour quota in mechanical processing,and puts forward the suggestion of applying man-hour quota method according to the practice of mechanical outsourcing.
