摘要
以山西地区栽培较多的12个草莓品种为试材,分别测定其外观指标、品质指标和营养指标,并进行相关性分析,筛选出综合果实品质优良的草莓品种,为草莓栽培、育种、加工及利用提供依据。结果表明,"枥乙女"和"春星"综合品质最佳,适宜在山西晋中地区推广;而"温塔娜"和"甜查理"综合品质最差。
12 strawberry varieties cultivated in Shanxi province are collected as the test materials. The appearance index, quality index and nutrition index are measured, and the datas are determined by correlation analysis, so as to screen out strawberry varieties with great comprehensive quality, and provide a basis for strawberry cultivation, breeding,processing and utilization. It shows that the comprehensive quality of Tochiotome and Springstar are the best and are suitable to be cultivated in Jinzhong Area of Shanxi Province,while Ventana and Sweet Charlie are the worst.
