Birch sap is the sap flow from the birch when the bark are ripped or the trunk are drilled. Collection method, chemi-cal component, health care value and application research of birch sap are summarized. Birch sap contains rich nutrition and has a huge potential in health care,food,medicine and daily chemical industry.
