摘要 膜分离技术是我国广泛应用的一种新型分离技术,介绍了膜分离技术在酒类加工、饮料加工和豆制品加工中的应用。膜分离技术因其分离率高、效果显著、原理简单、操作方便等优点,在食品各个领域快速发展。 Membrane separation technology is a new separation technology widely used in our country. This paper introduces the application of membrane separation technology in the clarification, concentration, production and processing of wine pro-cessing, fruit and vegetable juice , the extraction of soybean oil and the processing and processing of soybean whey. Membrane separation technology has a lot of advantages in the processing of many foods. Because of its high separation rate, remarkable effect, simple principle and convenient operation, it has been developed rapidly in various fields of food.
