摘要
佛手精油是一种天然香料精油,具有多种生理活性功能,广泛应用于食品、药品、日用品、化妆品等行业中。通过对佛手精油的药理功效进行分析总结,并对不同的佛手精油提取方法进行对比,为进一步利用佛手精油提供有益参考。
Bergamot essential oil is the category of natural spice essential oils, which have various physiological functions and could be widely used in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, daily necessities and other industries. The functions and different extraction methods of bergamot essential oil are summarized and discussed respectively in this review to provide theoretical evi-dence for future research and development of bergamot essential oil.
