摘要
"功能性食品"是食品科学与工程专业的专业选修课,与人类健康密切相关。从优化教学内容、创新教学方法和教学手段、改革考核方法等方面着手,对应用型本科"功能性食品"课程的教学改革进行研究和反思,以期提高教学质量。
Functional Food is a specialized optional courses for food science and engineering specialty which closely related to human health. This paper combines with the optimition teaching content, innovative teaching methods and teaching means and reform assessment methods, reform and reflection teaching reform for Functional Food courses in application-oriented univer-sity to improve teaching quality.
