摘要
腕管综合征(CTS)是一种外周神经病变,神经生理学研究提示CTS产生的异常信号传入会导致功能性或结构性神经重塑,而这与正中神经所支配手指的感觉运动机能障碍密切相关。目前常采用血氧水平依赖功能MRI、脑磁图等相关功能成像方法分析和评价CTS的皮质可塑性改变及其与临床症状之间的联系。这可能会为CTS的临床分型提供新的依据,并有助于指导个性化治疗。就CTS的神经功能成像研究进展作一综述。
While carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a peripheral neuropathy, neurophysiological researches suggest that the irregular afferent signalling occurring in CTS produces functional and structural neuroplasticity, which might in-volve in sensory and motion dysfunction of fingers innervated by median nerve.The functional imaging techniques, includ-ing blood-oxygen level dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging and magnetoencephalography were employed to evaluate the cortical plasticity and its association with the clinical symptoms for CTS. This may provide the basis for clini-cal classification of CTS, and contribute to guidance on the individualized treatment. The research progress on the function-al neuroimaging of CTS is reviewed.
