摘要
随着电网结构不断复杂化,以及在输电网规划过程中形成的电磁环网个数越来越多,电磁环网的弊端逐渐显现出来。而且大多数对于电磁环网的研究仅局限于解环,即在电网规划方案形成后考虑解环操作,这样解环不但过程复杂,经济性也较差。为了从根本上解决电磁环网问题,要求在规划阶段避免电磁环网的产生。对此,笔者提出先识别出电磁环网,建立计及电磁环网约束的输电网规划模型,然后将电磁环网的个数作为约束条件加入到输电网规划中,这样在规划时就避免了电磁环网的产生,不仅省略了规划方案形成后进行解环操作的复杂过程,同时防止了电磁环网引发的各种弊端。最后算例对比证明了计及电磁环网约束的输电网规划方案更优,同时也验证了该模型的合理性及算法的有效性。
With the increasing complexity of network structure and the increasing number of electromagnetic loop network generated in the transmission network planning process, the drawbacks of the electromagnetic loop network gradually appear. Besides, most of the researches on the electromagnetic loop are limited to the solution of electro-magnetic loop network, which is considered to be the solution of the power network planning scheme, the solution which is not only complicated, but also is not economic. In order to fundamentally solve the problem of electromag-netic loop network, it is required to avoid the generation of electromagnetic ring in the planning stage. In this pa-per ,the author firstly identified the electromagnetic loop network, established the transmission planning model con-sidering the constraints of electromagnetic loop network, and then added the number of electromagnetic loop net- work into the transmission network planning. This method avoided the generation of electromagnetic loop network, not only omitting the complicated process of ring rejection, but also preventing from the disadvantages of electro-magnetic loop network. The comparison of calculation examples proves that the transmission network planning scheme is more excellent. Moreover, it is verifies the rationality of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.
