为开展低温电力设备研究、建立相应的低温环境试验条件,通过对魁北克水电研究所实验室的调研,梳理了魁北克水电研究所主要的户外试验场和高电压试验室布置概况,分析了魁北克水电研究所在低温研究方面的试验条件和研究能力,为未来黑龙江省低温试验基地的规划和建设提供参考。

In order to carry out the Research of power equipment at low temperature, the corresponding low temper-ature environmental test conditions should be set up. through the analysis of the laboratory of IREQ, this paper in-troduces the high voltage laboratory of IREQ, the experiment and research ability of low temperature are summa-rized ,which provides reference for planning and construction of low temperature test base in Heilongjiang Province in the future.
