摘要
为了研究土壤对变电站接地网腐蚀的影响,阐述了变电站接地网被腐蚀的原因和基本类型,分析了土壤的容重、含盐量、含水量、电阻率、微生物、pH值等因素对接地网腐蚀的影响,提出了阴极保护、金属镀层保护、导电防腐涂料等防腐蚀措施。分析结果表明,接地网腐蚀的原因是金属和介质电化学不均一性形成了腐蚀原电池,不同的土壤环境产生的腐蚀类型不同,采用加大接地体截面在综合考虑接地网局部腐蚀和平均腐蚀的基础上是较可靠的防腐措施,但损耗很大。
In order to study the impact of soil on the grounding grid corrosion in substation, the author expounded the reasons of grounding grid corrosion in substation and the basic types and analyzed the impact of bulk density, salt content, water content, resistivity, microorganism, pH value and other factors on grounding grid corrosion in soil. The corrosion prevention measures were proposed by cathodic protection, metal coating protection and conduc-tive anti - corrosion coating. The analysis results show that the reason why grounding grid was corroded is that the electrochemical inhomogeneity of metal and dielectric formed corrosion cell and corrosion types vary in different soil environments. The anti - corrosion measure of increasing section of grounding body based on the local and average corrosions of grounding grid is more reliable, but the loss is very large.
