摘要
动态心电图通过长时间监测,对一过性、间歇发作的心电异常,尤其是心律失常的捕捉和诊断有不可替代的优势。长时间监测产生的大量数据可以通过自动分析技术完成高效和准确的初步处理。本文主要介绍涉及动态心电图自动分析的三个主要部分:心率的计算、心律失常的识别和ST段偏移的测量。
By long-time monitoring,ambulatory electrocardiography( AECG) is irreplaceable for recording and diagnosing transient and intermittent ECG abnormalities especially arrhythmias. The large amount of data based on the long-time monitoring of AECG can be processed preliminarily via the automatic analysis technology efficiently and accurately. This paper focuses on three essential parts of AECG automatic analysis—calculation of the heart rate,identification of arrhythmias and measurement of ST-segment deviation.
