PFTBA水凝胶在大鼠周围神经损伤治疗中的应用及再生机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨全氟三丁胺(PFTBA)水凝胶在周围神经损伤治疗中的应用效果及再生机制。方法选取30只周围神经损伤的SD大鼠进行实验观察,大鼠均为坐骨神经缺损,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组15只。对照组大鼠采用神经导管修复,观察组大鼠采用PFTBA水凝胶联合神经导管修复。术后4周、8周、12周观察两组大鼠的神经再生情况、神经功能恢复情况,进而分析PFTBA水凝胶在神经损伤修复中的作用及再生机制。结果观察组大鼠各观察时间点坐骨神经指数,电生理指标的峰值、潜伏期和传导速度,神经形态学指标的再生神经面积,脊髓纤维个数和脊髓纤维平均直径均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PFTBA水凝胶能够有效改善大鼠神经受损情况,促进机体周围神经的修复与再生,其机制与改善神经支架内的低氧分压状况有关。 Objective To investigate the application of PFTBA hydrogel in peripheral nerve injury and its mechanism of regeneration. Methods 30 Sprague - Dawley ( SD) rats with peripheral nerve injury were randomly divided into observation group and control group ( n = 15 ). The rats in the control group were treated with nerve conduit, and the rats in the observation group were treated with PFTBA hydrogel and nerve tube. The nerve regeneration and nerve function recovery of the rats in the two groups were observed, and the effects of PFTBA hydrogel on nerve injury repair and regeneration performance mechanism. Results The number of sciatic nerve index, electrophysiological index peak, latency and conduction velocity, neurological parameters of the regenerative nerve area, the number of spinal cord fibers and the average diameter of spinal cord fibers in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group at each observation time point, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0. 05) . Conclusion PFTBA hydrogel can effectively improve the nerve damage and promote the repair and regeneration of the peripheral nerve. The mechanism is related to the improvement of hypoxia partial pressure in the nerve scaffold.
