通心络胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的疗效和预后分析

Curative effect and prognosis analysis of Tongxinluo capsule on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at remission

目的探讨通心络胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的治疗效果及对预后的影响。方法纳入COPD稳定期患者140例,随机分成两组,设为治疗组和对照组,每组70例。对照组患者予以一般常规维持、巩固及康复治疗;治疗组患者在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用通心络胶囊治疗。治疗前后分别检测两组患者的全血黏度、血气和肺功能,比较两组的临床疗效及预后差异。结果与治疗前比,治疗后两组患者200 S^(-1)、50 S^(-1)及1 S^(-1)切变率下的全血黏度、PaCO_2均明显降低(P<0.05);pH、PaO_2、FEV1%及FEV_1/FVC均明显升高(P<0.05)。与对照组比,治疗组患者200S^(-1)、50 S^(-1)及1 S^(-1)切变率下的全血黏度、PaCO_2均更低(P<0.05);PaO_2、FEV_1%及FEV_1/FVC均更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组BODE评分和各等级患者比率优于治疗前及对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊能有效改善COPD稳定期患者的血流变性及肺功能,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the curative effect and prognosis of Tongxinluo capsule on the treatment of patients with chronic obstruc-tive pulmonary disease （COPD） at remission. Methods 140 patients with COPD at remission were selected and randomly divided into the treat-ment group （70 cases） and the control group （70 cases）. Patients in the control group were given the maintain and consolidate treatment, and pa-tients in the treatment group additionally took Tongxinluo capsule based on the therapeutic regimen of control group. In pretherapy and post - treat-ment ,the whole blood viscosity, blood gas and lung function of patients both in the two groups were detected, and the curative effect and prognosis between the treatment group and control group were compared. Results Compared with patients before treatment, the whole blood viscosity detec-ted under shear rate of 200 S 1 , 50 S _ 1 and IS-1, and PaC02 of the patients after treatment were all obviously decreased （ P 〈 0. 05） , and the pH, Pa02 , FEVj % and FEVj/FVC were dramatically increased （ P 〈0. 0 5） . Compared with the control group, the whole blood viscosity detec-ted under shear rate of 200 S 1 , 50 S 1 and IS-1, and PaC02 in the treatment group were significantly higher （ P 〈 0. 05） , and the Pa02 , FEVj % and FEVj/FVC were greatly lower （ P 〈 0 .0 5 ） . In post - treatment, the BODE score and grade in the treatment group both had signifi-cantly difference compared with that in pretherapy and that in the control group （ P 〈0. 0 5） . The total clinical efficacy rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈0. 0 5） . Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule has the effects on improving blood flow de-generation ,lung function and life quality of patients with COPD at remission.
