Damon Q自锁托槽治器远移尖牙的效果及龈沟液中炎性因子、PGE2和Wnt表达量的评估

目的研究正畸治疗中采用Damon Q自锁托槽治器远移尖牙的效果,评估龈沟液中炎性因子、前列腺素E2(PGE2)及Wnt的表达量。方法选取2015~2016年接受正畸治疗的患者60例。随机分为观察组及对照组各30例。观察组患者采用Damon Q自锁托槽治器远移尖牙治疗,对照组患者则给予传统直丝弓矫治器治疗。对比两组椅旁操作时间、平均疗程和治疗前后患者龈沟液中炎性因子、PGE2以及Wnt水平。结果观察组椅旁操作时间、平均疗程均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者龈沟液TNF-α、IL-1β水平均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者龈沟液中PGE2水平均显著高于治疗前,而观察组又显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者龈沟液中Wnt1水平均显著低于治疗前,而观察组又显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Damon Q自锁托槽治器远移尖牙的效果显著,引发的牙周组织炎症反应较轻,有利于患者牙周组织的改建。

Objective To study the Damon Q since the lock braces for moving far of fangs and to evaluate inflammatory factors in gingiva groove, the amount of expression of PGE2 and Wnt. Methods A total of 60 patients accepted orthodontic treatment in this hospital during January 2015 to February 2016 were divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group according to random number table method. Patients in observation group were treated by Damon Q self - ligating bracket for far moving fangs treatment, and patients in control group were giv-en with conventional straight wire bow for correctional treatment. The liquid levels of inflammatory factors in gingival sulcus, PGE2 and Wnt of pa-tients in these 2 groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The operating time beside chair and average course of treatment in patients of observation group were significandy lower than those of patients in control group, and the difference was statistically significant { P 〈 0. 05 ） . The TNF alpha and beta IL - 1 levels in gingival sulcus liquid in patients of observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of patients in control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ all P 〈0.05）. The fluid in patients of of these two groups after treatment in patients with gingival sulcus The PGE2 levels in fluid of gingival sulcus in patients of these 2 groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment, and it in observation group was significandy lower than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. The levels of Wntl in gingival sulcus fluid in patients of these two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant （all P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion The effect of application of Damon Q self - ligating bracket for far moving fangs is remarkable, the inflam-mation of periodontal tissue caused by it is lighter, hence it is beneficial to patients with periodontal tissue reconstruction.
