摘要
框架-核心筒结构由于具有较强的抗侧向刚度和杰出的空间性能,结构自重轻,其布局形式有利于建筑整体的受力性能,在高层和超高层建筑中得到普遍应用。超高层建筑通常结构功能复杂,使用性强,体型巨大,内部垂直交通等服务设施的空间合理设计至关重要。框架-核心筒结构中筒芯刚度大,能接受较大的地震剪力,使连梁先屈服破坏,而筒体能持续工作,框架结构主要承受竖向荷载,与筒芯保持良好的整体受力性,因此,在遇到地震作用的情况下,筒外框架柱的破坏程度要大于核心筒。本文综述框架-核心筒结构功能和受力特点以及高层建筑发展。
