新疆桃果实性状调查与评价研究 被引量:6

摘要 【目的】研究南疆地区不同类型新疆桃主要果实性状并进行品种筛选评价,为新疆桃资源利用及保护提供依据。【方法】采取田间观察及取样测定等方法,调查新疆桃果实性状并进行分析及评价筛选。【结果】收集调查的25个新疆桃主要类型的果实成熟期差异较大,从7月上旬至10月下旬。果实性状各异,单果重在70.00~279.80 g,果实可溶性固形物含量在10.48%~20.58%;可食率在91.81%~97.39%,果实形状、颜色、肉质、风味等特征表现多样化。【结论】从25个新疆桃主要类型中筛选出了早熟类型-阿克台开桃,中熟类型-阿克米昂沙丽桃、阔克米昂沙丽桃,晚熟类型-艾西夏普土丽桃,高固形物类型-疏附7号。 【 Objective】 To investigate the main fruit characters of different types of Xinjiang peach germ- plasms in southern Xinjiang and provide the basis for the utilization and protection of peach varieties.【 Method】The field observation and sampling determination method was applied to analyze and evaluate the real characters of peach screening survey in Xinjiang.【 Result】 The results showed that there was significant differ-ence of frutescence (from early July to the late October) among twenty - five peach varieties. Furthermore, there were diverse quality traits among the fruit trees. For instance, the weight of single fruit was between 70. 00 g and 279. 80 g, and the soluble solids content of the fruit was between 10. 48% and 20. 58% . The ed-ible rate was between 91.81% and 97.39% , and the fruit shape, color, meat quality, flavor and so on were diversified.【 Conclusion】 From the 25 main types of Xinjiang peach, we have screened out premature type: Aketai peach, medium maturing types: Akemianshan peach and Kuokemiangsha peach, late maturing type: Axixiapu peach, and high solid type: Shufu No. 7, and so on.
