摘要
通过对制备铬酸壳聚糖进行优化实验研究,发现用醋酸溶解壳聚糖可使过滤较易,醋酸溶解壳聚糖的较佳温度为80℃。搅拌速度为7 000 r/min时,壳聚糖溶解率高且产品易过滤及洗涤。用重铬酸钠商品为铬原料,具有用量少、收率高的特点。用红外光谱仪对铬酸壳聚糖做了表征,并通过冲击实验、潮解实验、煅烧实验等对其进行物理性能分析,发现铬酸壳聚糖在潮湿、加温和机械作用下均稳定,是一种无毒的新型化合物,适用于制备能量密集型复合物。
Chromate chitosan was prepared by the optimized experimental method.Acetic acid was used to dissolve chitosan,and it can be filtered easily.The optimum temperature of chitosan dissolving was 80 ℃ and the stirring speed at 7 000 r/min that the chitosan dissolving rate was high and the products were easy to filter and wash.With commercial sodium dichromate chromium as raw material,it had the characteristics of less consumption and high yield.The chromate chitosan was characterized by FT-IR,and the physical properties of chromate chitosan were analyzed by impact test,deliquescence test,and calcination experiment.Results showed that the chitosan was stable to moisture,heating,and mechanical action,and it was a new kind of non-toxic compound,and was suitable for the preparation of energy-intensive compounds.
