早期老舍与宝广林之关系考论——以宝广林二十世纪二十年代的宗教思想为切入点

The Relationship between Early Lao She and Bao Guanglin——From the Point of the Religious Thoughts of Bao Guanglin

宝广林深受自由派神学思想的影响,他对基督教义持有的多元开放的态度、以基督教救国救世以求世界大同的理想,以及服务社会、改造社会的工作导向,都和二十世纪二十年代初正在寻找新的价值皈依的老舍惺惺相惜。另一方面,宝广林在中国教会本色化运动中所体现出的坚执自信的态度,为求教会自立和差会之间的交涉斡旋,更让原本就对洋教态度暧昧的老舍感到同声相契。当然这并不代表老舍对宝广林的宗教观点全面服膺,宝广林和老舍之间的关系,有相互认同、彼此欣赏的思想遇合,也有彼此相左、对话互补的部分,但这并不影响他们之间保持一种亲密合作的同人关系。

The Liberal Theology thought had a very important influence on Bao Guanglin. He had an open-minded attitude on the Christian doctrines, and wanted to serve as well as transform the society through the Christianity, which was greatly attractive to Early Lao She. Bao Guanglin played an important role in the Indigenization Movement of the Church in China,which similarly convinced Lao She. However, it didn’t mean that Lao She accepted Bao’s thoughts thoroughly. The relationship between them was dialogical and complementary.
