摘要
新型Z源逆变器具有适应负载大范围变化的优点,在新能源发电领域成为研究的热点。本文分析了新型Z源逆变器的工作原理,针对在直通分段SVPWM控制下前级开关管开关频率过高的问题提出一种改进SVPWM。详细阐述了改进SVPWM的原理,通过Simulink仿真验证了其在新型Z源逆变器中应用的可行性与有效性。
The new Z-source inverter has the advantage of adapting to wide range of load change, and become a hotspot in the field of new energy. This paper presents the working principle of new Z source inverter, an improved SVPWM is proposed to solve the problem of the high switching frequency of the first stage switch in the operation of SVPWM. The principle of improved SVPWM is described in detail, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the application in the new Z-source inverter is verified by the simulation.
