高校教学质量提升策略探析

Strategies for Improving Teaching Quality in Colleges and Universities

提高教学质量是高等教育永恒的追求,然而随着高校招生规模的不断扩大,在生源素质良莠不齐的同时,教学质量也出现了滑坡。基于罗德斯《创造未来:美国大学的作用》书中教师应把教学视为一种道德天职的理论视角,研究得出:高校教师把教学视为一种道德天职将有助于提升教学质量,高校教师的职业角色不应只是讲解者,还应类似于教练、向导和角色模范。

Improving the teaching quality is the eternal pursuit of higher education,while with the expanding enrollment and uneven quality of students of the colleges,the teaching quality has declined at the same time.Based on the theoretical perspective of college teachers taking teaching as a moral duty in Rhodes＇ the Creation of the Future：the Role of American University,the study shows：that college teachers see the undergraduate teaching as a moral duty can help to improve the quality of undergraduate education;they should not only be instructors but also the coaches,guides and role models.
